** As a
** Clinical Nurse
** at Trust Care, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care in a fast-paced clinic environment. This role blends clinical expertise, patient education, and teamwork to support providers and ensure a positive experience for every patient.

The Clinical Nurse position is designed to encompass a broad range of nursing and clinical support functions, making it ideal for adaptable, patient-focused professionals who thrive in collaborative settings.

- ** What You’ll Do
*** Greet patients warmly and collect accurate health histories, vitals, and other relevant clinical information.
* Support providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments to ensure smooth clinical flow.
* Administer medications safely and accurately under provider orders, with thorough documentation.
* Perform in-house clinical and laboratory testing in compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and infection control standards.
* Collect, label, process, and document patient specimens with precision and care.
* Conduct occupational health services such as drug screens, DOT and non-DOT physicals, respirator fit testing, spirometry, audiograms, and other screenings (training provided as needed).
* Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms; ensure medical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained.
* Assist with referrals, pre-certifications, and prior authorizations to support continuity of care.
* Accurately document all patient interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
* Promote a culture of safety by following established protocols and helping reduce clinical risk.
* Collaborate with teammates across roles and step in to support clinic operations as needed.
