you'll contribute
A Clinical Supervisor who excels in this role:
- Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and workflow for front office staff, ensuring appropriate coverage and efficient clinic operations.
- Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to assigned staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Assesses and ensures the quality of services delivered while promoting exceptional customer service and an efficient patient experience.
- Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and established workflows.
- Serves as a resource to both clinical and clerical staff by fostering communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving across the care team.
- Maintains clinical competency and assists with clinical responsibilities, within scope of licensure, during staffing shortages, increased patient volumes, or other operational needs.
- Performs staff responsibilities, both clerical and clinical as appropriate, to maintain required service levels and support continuity of operations.
- Identifies workflow improvement opportunities and collaborates with leadership to implement operational efficiencies that improve patient access and clinic performance.
- Leads the handling and resolution of complex patient, staff, and operational concerns using sound judgment and effective communication.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education where appropriate.
- BLS
- Clinical background required
- Current or previous clinical licensure or certification preferred (e.g., LPN, CMA, or another applicable clinical credential).
