Pay Rates:

Base Pay

  • $18.57–$20.57 per hour

Earn More with Shift Differentials

  • Evening & Night

    Shifts:

    $19.57–$21.57 per hour

  • Weekend Day

    Shifts:

    $20.57–$22.57 per hour

  • Weekend Evening & Night

    Shifts:

    $19.57–$21.57 per hour

Pay-in-Lieu Option

  • $23.57–$25.57 per hour

  • Shift differentials/benefits (including insurance and PTO) are not available for employees who elect the Pay-in-Lieu option.

Shifts Available

  • 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM
    * Part Time Only*

  • 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM

  • 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM

  • Weekend Baylor

CNA Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, mobility)

  • Provide care in accordance with the individualized Care Plan

  • Support nursing staff and work as part of an interdisciplinary team

  • Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety

Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the State of PA

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
