** to join our team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals receiving hospice care in the
** Broward County Area**.

8:30am - 5pm with weekend availability.

** What you'll Do
** As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and families during some of the most critical moments in care.
* Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse and primary physician to assess patient and family needs
* Coordinate and provide individualized care plans that prioritize comfort and dignity
* Utilize monitoring, intervention, and teaching skills to enhance quality of life
* Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families during overnight care
* Ensure exceptional, personalized service and a positive experience for every patient and family

** What You'll Need
*** Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida.
* Current Basic Life Support Certification.
* Successful completion of 30 hour IV Course meeting State of Florida Board of Nursing requirements is a plus.
* Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver’s license.
