Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Gerstenberg Inpatient Care Center team in West Palm Beach. You will work the following shift: 7am - 7:30pm and every other weekend

** What you'll Do:
** As an RN in our inpatient care center, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering compassionate end-of-life care:
* Coordinate patient and family care in collaboration with the primary physician and interdisciplinary team (IDG)
* Conduct thorough assessments of patient and family needs
* Ensure timely and coordinated delivery of interventions and services outlined in the care plan
* Use your clinical expertise to monitor patient conditions, provide interventions, and deliver education that enhances comfort and quality of life
* Address concerns promptly and thoughtfully to ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust

** What You'll Need
*** Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
* Current Basic Life Support Certification.
* One year in public health, home nursing care, oncology nursing, medical/surgical nursing, geriatric nursing or Hospice nursing preferred.
* Understanding of and ability to apply characteristics of Hospice Nursing: case management, crisis intervention, communication skills, teaching skills, thanatology skills and needs
* Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
* Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver’s license.
