Travel RN - Cath Lab​/EP

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring at least 2 years of specialty experience and a KY or compact RN license.

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• IR experience a plus
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be considered
• Driver's license matching permanent address required for consideration
• Two professional references required, including one charge or higher and one supervisor reference completed within the last year
• Flu vaccine required with no declinations accepted (medical and religious exemptions considered case-by-case)

• Work in the Cath Lab department of a hospital setting
• 4x10-hour day shifts scheduled Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm
• Call required 1-2 times per week and 1-2 weekends per month
• Float required within scope of practice
• Meditech charting system experience preferred
• Provides scrubs and a lead apron for cases
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility for STEMI call response
• Must work either a major or minor holiday during the assignment
• Up to 7 days of RTO considered if submitted upfront with no changes accepted
• Travelers must take a minimum 6-month break after working one year before being eligible to return
• Traveler pairs accepted on a limited basis and will not be scheduled on the same shift or unit
• Orientation occurs on a bi-weekly basis
