We are seeking a dedicated bilingual Nurse Practitioner who values strong patient relationships, culturally sensitive care, and excellent clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
- Manage chronic conditions and preventive care.
- Build strong patient relationships through compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
- Independently manage patient visits and clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Support patient retention and practice growth through exceptional service.
- Travel between Monterey Park and Rowland Heights locations as needed.
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license and National Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy patient load.
