Salary Range: $23.50 To $25.00 Hourly

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification recognized in the United States.
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
- Basic understanding of patient care and safety procedures.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the employer.
- Physical capability to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and assisting patients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a CNA in a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care facility.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing patient care needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, accurately and timely.
- Provide mobility support by helping patients move safely, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient conditions, changes, and concerns to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients by following infection control protocols and facility policies.
