Salary: $77,500 – $87,500 per year

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a registered nurse with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with the daily operations of the Nursing Department
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance
- Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies
- Address staff concerns and grievances, escalating issues to the Director of Nursing as appropriate
- Promote a collaborative, team-focused work environment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or hospital setting
- Prior Unit Manager or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Compassion, patience, and understanding of resident needs
- Computer literacy required, including Microsoft programs
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
