We are currently looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) who is ready to make a meaningful impact every day.
Why This Role MattersAs an RN at Independence Health and Rehabilitation Center, you won’t just be performing clinical tasks—you’ll be a key part of each patient’s recovery journey. You’ll work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, personalized care and help residents achieve their goals.
What You’ll DoProvide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and managing conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
Conduct thorough patient assessments and respond to changing needs
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support best practices
Collaborate on education efforts that empower patients and promote better outcomes
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Solid clinical knowledge in geriatric care, rehabilitation, and wound management
