As a RN Weekend Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day supervision of personnel
• Managing call offs and staffing
• Maintaining consistent practices
• Effectively communicating performance expectations
• Assigning specific duties for customers' care, work hours, breaks, and meal periods for nursing personnel on unit
• Reporting any concerns to Nursing Team

To be considered for this rewarding role, you must:

• Be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida
• Possess clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics
• Demonstrate the ability to relate positively and favorably to our patients and families and to work cooperatively with others
• Have experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
