** What You'll Do
*** Deliver standout treatments, including:
Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.
* Bring consistency to every studio you visit. Guests should feel the same exceptional Chapter experience, wherever you are.
* Be a trusted guide. Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.
* Keep the details sharp. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
* Set the standard. Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
* Move the needle. Partner with studio teams to drive performance — revenue, rebooking, and retention.
** What You Bring
*** Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
* 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
* Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you're flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
* A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
* Sharp organizational and documentation skills
* Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
* Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
