Job Description:

* We are seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Pain Procedures, Pre Op, OR, and PACU.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver routine and complex nursing care, demonstrating independence in your clinical practice.  
* Utilize the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.  
* Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.  
* Administer medications and treatments, while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.  
* Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.  
* Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers on relevant issues and available resources.  
* Provide leadership and support, meeting the expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies.

Job Requirements:

* Education:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.  

* Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in a related nursing specialty preferred.  

* Licenses/Certifications:

- BLS certification via AHA required.

- RN License in state of employment or compact required.

Work Schedule:

* Full-Time  
* 4 Days - 10 Hours  
* Weekends and On-Call requirements apply.
