Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health | Full Time
Preferred Care Home Health is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated RN to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes. If you're looking for the independence of home health with the backing of a supportive, experienced team, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do- Perform assessments and build individualized care plans
- Administer medications, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions
- Educate patients and caregivers to support their health goals
- Partner with physicians and the clinical team to coordinate quality care
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on nursing experience (Required)
- 1+ year of Home Health experience (Preferred)
- 1+ year of OASIS documentation experience (Preferred)
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
