Role: Dialysis RN responsible for delivering safe, high-quality hemodialysis to medically complex rehab patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and monitor treatments as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Manage vascular access and administer medications appropriately.
- Coordinate patient care to promote functional recovery and independence.
- Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans.
- Follow strict infection-control and safety protocols.
- Document care accurately in the EMR.
