Job Summary:

We are seeking talented Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) to join our team! As a GPN at Carriage Square Rehab and Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. We offer a competitive salary of $26 - $26 HOURLY, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to residents as assigned
Administer and record medications/treatments
Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
Educate and support residents and their families
Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
Document observations and care provided
Ensure a safe, comfortable environment
May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse

Requirements:

GPNs:
Completion of a Practical Nursing program and eligibility for Missouri licensure
