We are seeking a caring, reliable, and patient-focused Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our growing, multidisciplinary clinical team.
** This role is in West Palm and Port St Lucie**
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Medical Director, conduct psychiatric and medical assessments for adolescent and adult patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in compliance with regulations
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress, medication effectiveness, and side effects
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and treatment teams
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
- Provide patient and family education and support
- Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical reviews
- Board certification as PMHNP (preferred)
- Experience working with adolescents required
- Behavioral health, substance use, or eating disorder experience strongly preferred
- DEA registration required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
