As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals

• Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans

• Accurately complete clinical documentation

• Supervise and support CNA staff

• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary care teams

• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality of care at all times

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate approach to caring for older adults
