- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across the patient continuum.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for effectiveness and safety.
- Document care accurately in the EHR and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Advocate for patients, ensuring a compassionate, patient-centered experience.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and best-practice adoption.
- Support a culture of diversity, respect, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

- Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, CEN, CMSRN) preferred
