Behavioral Health Licensed Practical Nurse – Eating Disorder Treatment

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a compassionate RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care in our eating disorder treatment programs for adolescents and adults. In this on-site role, you’ll complete assessments, administer medications, monitor medical and psychiatric status, and support evidence-based treatment plans. You’ll collaborate with therapists, dietitians, and psychiatrists, contribute to treatment team meetings, and ensure a safe, recovery-focused environment aligned with our mission-driven, client-centered culture and commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing learning.
Provide direct nursing care to adolescents and adults in eating disorder treatment programs
Conduct nursing assessments and monitor medical and psychiatric status
Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, and psychiatrists on individualized treatment plans
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and care coordination
Educate clients and families on treatment, medications, and recovery-focused self-care
Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment consistent with clinical and ethical standards
Respond to medical and behavioral emergencies using crisis intervention skills
Follow infection control, medication management, and regulatory guidelines
Support a compassionate, recovery-focused, and culturally sensitive care environment
