We are seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services, a licensed Registered Nurse, responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care across our home health regions in the Norman and Lawton areas . This role coordinates interdisciplinary care, supports clinical staff, and ensures compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Provide leadership and supervision to field staff.
• - Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, patients, and families.
• - Conduct ongoing assessments and help develop patient plans of care.
• - Ensure compliance with home health regulations and quality standards.
• - Participate in the QAPI program and agency in-service training.
• - Support staff competency evaluations and performance monitoring.
• - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support reimbursement requirements.
• - Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• - Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• - Minimum 2 years of Home Health field RN experience within the last three years
• - Current CPR certification.
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• - Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
