Registered Nurse; RN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home healthcare services to patients in Broward County. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing procedures
• Monitor vital signs and patient progress, documenting all care provided
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Current Florida RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• CPR certification (required)
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
