Physicians Regional Medical Center - Collier Blvd is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing orthopedic team in beautiful Naples, Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, outpatient-focused practice alongside two experienced Orthopedic Surgeons specializing in General Orthopedics. The ideal candidate has orthopedic experience, prefers a 100% outpatient practice, and values patient-centered care and teamwork.

• Outpatient practice based on the Collier hospital campus and adjacent medical office building
• Collaborate with two Orthopedic Surgeons specializing in General Orthopedics
• Evaluate and manage orthopedic patients across the continuum of care
• Conduct follow-up visits and provide pre- and post-operative care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
• Coordinate patient care with the multidisciplinary orthopedic team
• No call coverage required
• Monday-Friday daytime schedule, promoting an excellent work-life balance

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; two (2) or more years of experience in an NP or PA role preferred.
• Previous clinical experience in orthopedic care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and the care team
