Registerd Nurse

Methodist Health System seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our Dallas hospitals and clinics. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and uphold safety and quality standards. • Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, following physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Use electronic health records (EHR) to document assessments, care plans, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to coordinate comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge plans to support safe transitions of care.
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes or emergencies, and respond promptly using appropriate clinical interventions.
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and quality standards, participating in audits and performance improvement.
• Support a mission-driven, faith-based, and culturally sensitive environment that respects diversity and patient dignity.
