Position: Registered Nurse – Psychiatric/Mental Health
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: Night Shift
ETW / EOH: As applicable

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurse (Psych RN) to provide care to patients with a variety of behavioral health and mental health conditions. The RN will assess patients, administer medications, monitor changes in condition, provide therapeutic support, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric and physical assessments
• Monitor patients for changes in mental and behavioral status
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Monitor medication effectiveness and adverse reactions
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Provide patient and family education
• Document patient care accurately
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Follow facility policies and behavioral-health safety protocols

• Active RN license
• Recent Psych/Behavioral Health RN experience
• BLS certification
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Experience with psychiatric/behavioral health patients
• Ability to work 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shifts
