Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in beautiful Stamford, NY, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team every weekend. As a RN Weekend Supervisor
, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining exceptional resident care standards. This is a unique opportunity to work in a compassionate, high-quality environment while enjoying a consistent schedule and competitive pay.
- Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Ensure high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Assign staff based on resident acuity and census
- Monitor medication administration and infection control compliance
- Ensure adherence to NYS DOH regulations
- Audit documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
- Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership support
- Promote a safe, organized, and compassionate care environment
- Active New York State RN License
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday 7a–7p or 7p-7a
) - 24 hours Work week
