Description
The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Registered Nurse to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Dubuque, IA
!
The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.
With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.
Role Details:- Clinic
Hours:
7:00 a.m.
-6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday & 8:00 a.m.
-5:00 p.m. Fridays - Schedule: flexible 4-day work week within clinic hours seeing approximately 18-22 patients per day.
- Provider team includes: 9 providers with 1 CMA & 1 RN/LPN per provider
- Operatories/Exam Rooms: 18
- EHR: Epic
- Student Loan Repayment Programs: Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through state & federal programs
- Competitive Salary
: $30-38 per hour negotiable depending on experience + quarterly team production incentive. - Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided.

Requirements- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Iowa RN licensure
- Current BLS or CPR/First Aid certification
- Mandatory reporter training for child and dependent adult abuse certificate
