Physician Assistants
to join their team.

Although previous nephrology experience is preferred, APP candidates must have a strong background in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Emergency Room, Med Surg, or ICU. The ideal candidate will be ready to learn and hit the ground running in this high-demand group!

• Hiring range of $72-$82/hr., depending on experience
• 1 week of CME per year – CME registration, travel, and lodging covered by practice
• Comprehensive benefits:
  Medical, Dental, Vision, Wellness, 401(k); PTO and much more

• No weekend or call coverage is expected
• Responsible for capturing dialysis unit patients (billed under the physician)
• May have their own panel of clinic patients, but the majority will be collaborating with physicians to alternate care
• Hospital-rounding will be with attending Nephrologist

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
• Provide nursingexpertisein diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health,thus,resulting in improved patient outcomes.
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniquesincludingtaking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
• Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
• Knowledge of medical records documentation in a confidential manner.
