We are seeking a seasoned RN or LPN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. As a trusted leader in our organization, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of nurses and supporting their professional development
• Coordinating patient care and ensuring individualized attention is provided
• Monitoring quality and patient outcomes to drive continuous improvement
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment that promotes patient comfort and satisfaction
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

• Compensation range of $30-$35 hourly based on experience as a Unit Manager
• $2,000-$2,500 sign on bonus for eligible candidates

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Florida
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related healthcare setting
• Ability to work full-time with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
