Responsibilities:Quality Improvement
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and identify opportunities.
- Improve patient satisfaction using research and evidence-based practice.
- Build positive relationships with staff and patients.
- Work effectively in a complex environment with good clinical judgment and critical thinking.
- Formulate and implement patient care plans.
- Assist physicians and coordinate care.
- Document patient encounters comprehensively.
- Engage in professional development and shared governance.
