Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to deliver care in patients’ homes. The role involves administering specialty medications (including IV infusions) and coordinating with care teams to support patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an RN with at least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home health, capable of traveling across a large geographic region and performing multiple visits per week, including some evenings and weekends.
