Licensed Nurse; LPN or RN; Night Shift; -Hour Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on the night shift
. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional resident care, promoting dignity and respect, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

• Position: Licensed Nurse
• Shift: Night Shift (8 hour shifts)
• Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time Available
• Location:
  Dawson Springs Health & Rehab

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the RN and physician as appropriate.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Current and active LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
