Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

StaffDNA seeks a Permanent Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality bedside care in an acute care setting. You'll assess, plan, and implement patient care, administer medications and IV therapies, monitor vitals and telemetry, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. Use modern digital tools to manage assignments and documentation while educating patients and families. • Provide direct medical-surgical nursing care to a diverse adult patient population
• Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor vitals, and recognize changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders and hospital protocols
• Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans
• Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and home care instructions
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards in a fast-paced acute care unit
• Use StaffDNA digital tools to manage schedules, assignments, and communication
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a performance-driven unit culture
