* About the Role:

** We are seeking a dedicated and energetic
** Registered Nurse (RN)
** to join our fast-paced
** Primary Care & Walk-In Clinic
** team. In this role, you will work alongside Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Medical Assistants to provide high-quality patient care across all age groups, from infants to seniors.  
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Triage & Patient Assessment:
** Evaluate walk-in patients upon check-in, identify concerning symptoms, and escalate care as appropriate.
* ** Nursing Care:
** Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, catheter care, injections, and Point-of-Care testing; assist in imaging setup.
* ** Clinic Flow Support:
** Room patients, assist providers, and direct patients to the ER when necessary.
* ** Provider

Collaboration:

** Work closely with 3–4 providers per day to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care.
* ** Patient Volume Management:
** Support a high-volume clinic (50–100 patients daily) with efficiency and professionalism.
* ** Team Contribution:
** Collaborate with medical assistants and fellow nurses to maintain a smooth, patient-centered workflow.  What we offer you!

** Qualifications**
* ** Current Montana RN License or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing in Montana; required.**
* ** Current HCP CPR certification required.**
* ** Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred.
*** RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
* ** Pediatric Care:**  + PALS within six (6) months of hire/transfer.
* Excellent organizational and critical-thinking skills; ability to prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems as needed.
