** Labor and Delivery RN
Key Responsibilities:
*** Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs
* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans
* Educate patients and families on care needs and discharge planning
* Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards
* Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and participate in emergency interventions
* Float required between Labor and Delivery, Maternal Special Care, Postpartum
** Labor and Delivery RN Requirements:
*** Active OH or compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience required
* Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certs
