We are seeking a CRNA to join a dynamic anesthesiology group, within a medically supervised practice that promotes CRNA autonomy;

Level II trauma center;

Opportunity for in-house locums;
** Essential Functions
*** Practices current principles and practices of anesthesiology.
* Maintains effective work relationship with anesthesiologist (supervisor).
* Communicates and cooperates to adequately staff the anesthesia department.
* Provides sound practices and safe therapeutic care.
* Promotes safe working conditions for patient and self.
* Demonstrates initiative for self development.
* Accepts responsibility of tasks not delineated in job description.
** Required Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Skills Abilities
*** Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
* Ability to maintain quality control standards.
* Skill in taking medical history to assess medical conditions and interpret findings.
** Requirements
* ** Certificate as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesia.
* Current Missouri Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license
* Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) within 120 days
* Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 180 days
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 120 days.
** Positions Available:
** Day Shift
* Opportunity to practice a wide variety of anesthetics and procedures including spinal, regional techniques, arterial lines, and central lines;
* Cases include general, ortho, ENT, GU, OB/GYN, podiatry, robotics, GI and healthy PEDs;
* Appealing day shift schedule - can be very flexible with how you would like to arrange a schedule
