Interim Health Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to float between Greenville and Spartanburg Counties on a PRN basis.
This role focuses on delivering patient-centered end-of-life care with empathy, clinical excellence, and respect for patient dignity in home health and hospice settings. You will communicate with the care team, document services, educate patients and families, administer medications as prescribed, and coordinate hospice services.
