St. Elizabeth Health Care offers the Perioperative Nurse Fellowship (PNF) with classroom instruction, hands-on simulation and preceptor-guided clinical orientations across surgical specialties. Ongoing mentorship and weekly debriefings support growth into the operating room nurse role.
Didactic period lasts 4-6 weeks, followed by surgical rotations of 4-6 months. PNF starts Monday 12/14/2026; external candidates welcomed; two-year work agreement and 40-hour weeks apply.
