Description:
NURSERY RN NEEDED.We are looking for nurses with experience in a Level II or III NICU.Candidates should be experienced in attending deliveries and providing neonatal resuscitation.
Experience in Mother/baby couplet care is required.
This position involves providing care based on the age-related needs of pediatric patients.
Nurses will consider the developmental, psychosocial, and communication needs of patients.
The role requires completing necessary documentation and charting.
Candidates will provide patient care that includes stabilization and management of infants.
Skills include administration of medications, newborn assessments, and following safety protocols.
Nurses will work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing support services.
Weekend coverage and float to Mother/Baby may be required.
The shift involves working nights with a patient ratio of 3.Nurses should be prepared to participate in ongoing education and training.
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills.
