We are looking for a lawn maintenance partner to handle recurring grounds care across our short-term rental portfolio in Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Lake Wylie. Guest-ready curb appeal is the job. Photos of every property go live to guests before they book, so the yard has to look right every single visit.### What we need from you
* Send your schedule weekly so we know which properties are being serviced and when.
* Communication is same day. Text is our primary channel.
* Before and after photos on every visit.### Service cadence
* Growing season: service twice per month.
* Non-growing season: continue service once per month, including leaf removal.### Additional services
* Trimming: proactively trim shrubs and bushes, no need to wait for us to ask.
