Animal Wellness Center of Monee is an AAHA-accredited, privately owned small animal practice located in a growing, family-oriented community just south of Chicago. We are proud to be known as the local “family doctor” for pets and have built a loyal client base that truly values veterinary care and professional expertise. We are blessed to know and love our patients from the beginning of their life to their end.

We are seeking an experienced small animal associate who wants to practice high-quality medicine while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

• Community outreach through the Street Dog Coalition, providing quarterly free wellness clinics for underserved residents in South Chicago

• Salary range: $110,000–$140,000, based on experience, skill set, and hours worked (negotiable)
• Future buy-in potential
• 35–40 hour work week with a flexible schedule
• $1,500 CE allowance + 3 paid CE days annually
• Paid state and DEA licensing
• 120 hours of PTO per year

• Paid liability and license defense insurance

• Minimum 2 years of small animal medical and surgical experience
