The City of Independence is seeking a Tree Trimming Coordinator to oversee the safe clearance of trees from overhead power lines within the Independence Power & Light program. Under supervision, you will coordinate trimming projects, work with contractors, and advise residents on suitable trees to avoid outages.
Requirements include an Associate Degree in Forestry, at least one year of related experience, a valid driver's license, and ISA arborist certification, with NIMS training completed
