Technician Assistant to join our team!

The Technician Assistant is responsible for the up keep of the facility and for assisting the team with basic patient care. In this position you will be supporting the team by creating a clean, positive, low-stress atmosphere. The position is responsible for basic nursing care, general hospital maintenance, stocking medical supplies, sanitizing, laundry, and various other tasks that assist the team to uphold the high standards of patient care.

• Available to work swing shifts: 2pm-10:30pm or 4pm-12:30am
• Have an interest in gaining veterinary experience
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative fast paced environment while showing compassion to the animals in our care
• A strong work ethic with the ability to independently perform daily duties on a consistent basis and to take initiative to keep our facility clean
• Can work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• A positive and professional attitude with a friendly demeanor towards animals and people
• Working efficiently while remaining calm in stressful situations
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are required, as well as the ability to be self-directed in their daily tasks

This full time position pays $18 per hour depending on experience.
