Umbrella Property Services is hiring a Field Operations Manager for landscape and snow operations in Mokena, IL. Pay is $85,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience, plus a performance bonus and a $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus. You need crew supervision experience in commercial landscaping, snow removal, property services, or construction. This is a field job, not a desk job.

• You are dependable and organized, and you solve problems before they reach the client.
• You bring a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and the willingness to work outdoors in any weather, including overnights, weekends, and holidays during snow and ice events.
• You bring commercial landscape and snow management experience, which we strongly prefer.

• We keep commercial properties running in Chicago and across the Chicagoland area.
• We coordinate service across several operational categories so clients cut vendor complexity and hold consistent standards.

• Lead daily landscape and snow operations, including crew leads, schedules, and routes.
• Visit properties to inspect quality, coach crew leads, and fix problems on site.
• Track labor efficiency, route performance, vehicles, and equipment.
• Run a landscape maintenance route yourself one to two days a week.
• Help lead storm prep, subcontractor coordination, and post-storm follow up.

• $85,000 to $100,000 per year, plus performance bonus and a $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus.
• Full-time, year-round, based in the field out of Mokena.
