The OpportunityBentonville Veterinary Specialists is a privately owned, surgeon‑led specialty hospital opening in Spring 2027. We’re seeking a founding Internist or Oncologist to build and lead a premier service from the ground up—backed by a state‑of‑the‑art 12,000 sq. ft. facility, cutting‑edge tech (including 160‑slice CT), a 4‑day workweek, and an option for equity partnership.

What We’re Looking For:- Active veterinarian licensure or license‑eligible to practice in the state of Arkansas
- A Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Oncology or Internal Medicine) or a residency‑trained veterinarian eligible for board certification by 2027.
- Passion for building something new in a supportive, forward‑thinking hospital environment.
- A partner and collaborator who wants to practice high‑level medicine with excellence in a full‑scale referral center.
- A 12,000 sq. ft. medical center including three surgical suites, a 160 slice CT with, ultrasound, scope towers, digital radiography, and a full in‑house laboratory.
