Veterinarian Criticalist

Overview

Blue Pearl Specialty and Emergency Pet Hospital in Franklin, TN is seeking a full-time critical care specialist. Our critical care department includes one boarded critical care specialist and a team of licensed technicians, including a VTS in ECC. You will work alongside our ER doctors, specialists and interns to provide support for the critical care team.

Blue Pearl Franklin is a 11,500-square-foot, 24-hour emergency hospital open every day of the year. The facility (built in 2015) is equipped with a CT scanner, ultrasound, arthroscopy, rigid and flexible scopes, telemetry, two Snyder O2 cages, videotoscopy, fluoroscopy, digital radiography, and a long-term ventilator. The hospital also has the only dialysis unit in Tennessee. We offer a collaborative work environment with emergency clinicians and multiple specialties, including critical care, radiology, internal medicine, dermatology, oncology, radioiodine I-131 feline hyperthyroidism treatment, and orthopedic/soft tissue surgery.

We also have a robust internship program.

Franklin is located near Nashville, offering access to live music venues, cultural attractions, restaurants, and pet-friendly amenities. Franklin is also home to our parent company, Mars Petcare U.S.
