Torrance Companion Animal Hospital in Torrance, California provides comprehensive veterinary services for cats and dogs, delivered with a smile, 6 days a week. We also provide emergency and urgent veterinary care during our regular operating hours. You care for pets. We care for you.

• Three- or four-day schedules, including four 10-hour days with one Saturday every four weeks
• Weekend rotations based on FTE, such as every other, third, or fourth Saturday—including an every‑other‑Saturday option with a protected Monday off Saturday‑only coverage with additional hourly pay, production percentage, or bonus

• Full-time compensation structure: $225,000-$250,000

• Maintaining a high quality of progressive veterinary care
• Oversees and gives directives regarding medical standards and quality of care
• Sets policies as they pertain to the practice of medicine
• Works toward making various services work as one team
• In conjunction with appropriate leadership team members, recommends additions to the hospital inventory
• Budgets for new equipment and provides a reasonable cost estimate and return on investment
• Sees patients and handles clinical practice
• Ensures positive communication with clients and between doctors, including the proper transfer of patient care responsibilities
