Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking 3rd shift Turkey Loaders to join our team in Fort Recovery.

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

• Handling animals with proper care when moving/loading turkeys. As well as following animal handling guidelines.
• Following all biosecurity practices and SOPS as they relate to the position.
• Ensuring all equipment and boots are disinfected after every flock
• Being responsible for leaving the barn in the same condition it was prior to arrival.

• Must be 18 years of age with valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work alongside a team, be timely and a self starter.
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
