The Woodlawn Cemetery is currently recruiting for a full-time Groundskeeping/Laborer position. This entry-level position involves working as part of the Woodlawn Cemetery team, focusing on its upkeep and maintenance.
This is a full-time hourly position that begins immediately, working Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for 40 hours per week. Seasonal opportunity for overtime.

Location:
Woodlawn Cemetery, 1200 Walnut Street, Elmira, NY.
Minimum qualifications include: a high school diploma or equivalent. Possession of a clean driver's license and criminal background check. Operation of landscaping equipment, knowledge of safety protocols, the ability to work outside in all weather conditions, the physical ability to lift materials, push mowers, and use handheld trimmers.
