About Our Clinic
Chathams Small Animal Hospital is growing and would love to add you to the team! Whether you're an experienced DVM looking for a new gig, or a new grad looking for your first, we're excited to meet you! We have a very experienced team & new exam rooms, giving you the fresh start you're looking for.
Clinic Snapshot- Practice type: GP Clinic
- Avg. daily patient volume: 16 appts/day
- 2 support staff per DVM!
- Case mix: Great mix of wellness, sick, surgery & dentistry. We also have a traveling orthopedic surgeon!
- Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, digital dental x-rays & Invue!
- Team culture: Filled with a great, collaborative & experienced team!

- $120k-$150k annual salary + production bonus
- DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program - earn annual bonuses based on your production

You are a veterinarian who is:
- Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships
- A collaborative teammate who thrives in a positive, supportive culture
- Committed to continuous growth and excellence
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and client-education skills
